Frequently Asked Questions

What’s Included: 

  • Tables & chairs for up to 80 (eight 60” round tables with 7-10 chairs each)  

  • 3 serving tables (two 8’-long tables and one 6’-long table)  

  • 6 Cocktail Tables 

  • Audio/Visual Equipment Available 

  • Large private parking lot

Capacity:

  • 80 Guests Seated Meal

  • 100 Guests mixed cocktail (seated and standing) guests

Expectations   

  • The organization or caterer will be responsible for cleanup. This will include removing and bagging all linens from tables, emptying all trash cans used during the event, removing all food and beverages, and cleaning any dishes and/or serving utensils.   

  • Please inquire with staff about service items needed two weeks prior to the event.  

  • The kitchen should be used only to reheat and is not intended for scratch food preparation.   

  • NO glitter or decorations with any glitter are allowed.  

  • Any damage to museum property warrants the potential loss of deposit and/or reparations.
