INGREDIENTS
4 medium tomatoes
1 medium white onion
1 large lime
2 cloves garlic
1 jalapeño, 1 serrano, OR 1 habañero chile (or 2, or 3, whatever your heat preference)
Small handful fresh cilantro (optional)
2 tsp. sea salt
water
SUPPLIES
1-quart wide mouth jar with lid
Knife
Cutting board
Large glass measuring cup
Spoon
