1 cup fresh nopales (prickly pear cactus pads), de-spined, rinsed, chopped
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil
2 limes
1-inch knob fresh ginger, peeled
Natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup, stevia)
4 cups water
